PCBA OEM three proof paint is a type of protective oil, waterproof adhesive, and insulation paint used for moisture, mold, and dust prevention. Therefore, it is called the three proof paint. Mainly used for the three protection treatment of the surface of PCB boards after SMT surface mount processing experiments. The process is divided into soaking, brushing, spraying, and coating selection.

What are the precautions when applying three proof paint:
1. Clean the surface of the product from dust, moisture, and rosin, keep the board clean and dry, and ensure that the three types of anti paint are adhered to the surface of the circuit board.
2. The brushing area should be uniform and ensure that all covered parts and solder pads are covered. Baking conditions: 65 ° C, 15-35 minutes. After removing the oven, the hot coating effect is better.
When painting, the PCBA board should be placed on a flat tabletop, and there should be no dripping or exposed parts after painting. A thickness between 0.1 and 0.3mm is most suitable.
4. After coating, place it on a shelf for curing (the coating can also be accelerated by heating).
When applying three proof paint, attention should be paid to all high-power cooling surfaces or radiator components, power resistors, power diodes, and cement resistors that cannot be coated with three proof paint. During painting, protection should be covered, and the screw holes on the board cannot be coated with three proof paint.
If you want a thicker coating, you can apply two layers of thinner coating on top of each other (the first layer is cured and then the second layer is brushed).
7. The three proof paint work should be carried out in a separately enclosed room, and there should be better ventilation facilities. When operating, protective devices such as masks and gloves should be worn to protect the body from injury.
